Clients may pay for their order with complete security, via a credit card, through our Redsys payment system managed by Santander Bank, using SSL data connection. 3D Secure technology guarantees maximum safety during transactions, verifying the card-holders authorization thanks to Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode systems. The client will be redirected to the website of their bank, where they will be asked for additional security information. Once this information is verified, you will return to iWatBoard.com to confirm the payment.
This method of payment consists of a bank transfer or a cash payment of the order total directly into the bank account owned by Floatup; both payment methods require that you include the order number related to the payment. If these orders are not paid for within 7 days, they are automatically cancelled. It’s important to remember that some banks may take up to 1-2 working days to make the payment effective, and payments to account can take approximately 24h to appear in our systems.
The client may pay for their order via the PayPal system, either with their account or with their credit card. PayPal accepts payments made through VISA, Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. When placing the order, the client must provide their card details, which are stored in the PayPal payment gateway during the purchase process. Due to internal reasons, payment management will be done through PayPal’s safe system, this having no impact on the client.
The client will pay the entire amount in cash at the moment the merchandise is delivered, in the location designated when placing the order. Floatup reserves full ownership of the merchandise until the full amount is paid for by the customer, including any possible errors by the seller or courier. The limit for ‘Cash on Delivery’ purchases will be 2.499,99 € (VAT incl.) per order. Purchasing via COD will have a surcharge of +3% on top of the order total, with a minimum +4.95€ for company transport management.
